30. CHRISTOPHER BEETLE, (Christopher,3-2 Robert1), b. abt. 1695 prob. in Kittery, Me. (as the Beetle or Beadle family of that place is the only one which used the baptismal name of Christopher) came to E. about 1724 as a husbandman. He m. MARY NORTON (400) 25 Oct. 1718, who was b. 1700. He d. bet. Oct. 1746 and Dec. 1748. Inventory of his est. was taken 12 Dec. 1748, showing property valued at £2397-7-6 old tenor. The est. was divided 7 Nov. 1752.
