Handwritten Notes: "Railway, Beach Rd. V.H. / Now Hales Boat Yard"

Not the same location. This yard was located just north of the present Corner Service Station, partly on (the southern end) the property now called Tisbury Wharf Company and formerly the Mobil Oil Company bulk facility. I have another (later) picture of this yard with two large vessels on the ways and buildings (including the old cold storage plant) in the background. [W. H. Renear]
