Handwritten Notes: "Claghorn Tavern / Cromwell Lane / V.H.; (NO)"

Someone has tentatively identified this as Claghorn Tavern on Cromwell Lane, but somebody else (Stan Lair?) has writt"en (NO)" next to it. Can you identify it? It looks to me like the "Makery" building on Beach Street, now the music store, across from Cumberland Farms. Where was the old Claghorn Tavern supposed to be? Original photo.
