his Age.
John Lewis was born 1698 in Yarmouth, and came to Tisbury about 1735. That same year he bought land of Elisha Crowell whose sister Thankful was his wife. He was hog reeve 1737 and 1752; and fence viewer 1746, tithing man 1755-6.
