(Do you recognize the driver?) "Mr. Lantz was a very interesting character. He had worked on the French Panama Canal effort (unsuccessful) under Ferdinand de Lesseps (French builder of the Suez Canal). Mr. Lantz gave me a cast iron name plate from one of the French rail carts that they had used to transport dredge spoil." [WHR 1999]
